Legislation requires that all private and public companies to have either an independent review or audit performed by a registered accountant an auditor.

We will gladly consult with clients individually to work out Public Interest Scores (PIS) to determine whether they will require an audit, an independent review or neither.

We are bound by the codes of professional conduct of our regulatory bodies namely, South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors and all audit serviced are carried out according to the framework of the International Standards on Auditing.

We do however, pride ourselves on offering a “value added service” to our clients and go beyond the terms of  engagement to provide weaknesses and recommendations to clients on how to improve their businesses.
